1. About the Service
La Bagé provides a personal sourcing and concierge-style service for clients looking for designer bags. La Bagé is not a public marketplace and does not operate as an open catalog of goods available for direct purchase at all times.
The service is based on individual client requests. Clients may submit a request for a specific brand, model, style, condition, or budget range, and La Bagé will make reasonable efforts to source suitable options through carefully selected partners and trusted sourcing channels.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, reservation, or purchase of any item.
2. Nature of the Relationship
La Bagé acts as a sourcing and concierge service, helping clients identify and secure suitable designer bag options based on their preferences. The service may include communication, sourcing research, offer presentation, coordination with selected partners, and assistance with delivery arrangements.
La Bagé reserves the right to decide whether a request can be accepted, pursued, or declined.
3. Requests and Availability
All sourcing requests are handled individually. Availability of a requested item may vary depending on market conditions, seller availability, item condition, region, timing, and other factors outside La Bagé’s control.
La Bagé does not guarantee that any specific item, brand, model, color, hardware option, or condition will be available at the time of request.
Any information regarding availability, timeline, or pricing is provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.
4. Pricing and Fees
Pricing may include:

shipping and delivery costs,

insurance costs,

payment processing fees where applicable,

taxes, duties, or import-related charges where applicable.
La Bagé aims to provide clear and transparent pricing before a client confirms a purchase. However, pricing may change due to market movement, seller updates, shipping adjustments, currency fluctuations, or other external factors beyond reasonable control.
A bag is not considered reserved until payment terms have been confirmed and any required payment has been received.
5. Deposits and Payment
For certain requests, La Bagé may require a deposit before beginning sourcing, securing an item, or proceeding with reservation. Deposit terms, if applicable, will be communicated clearly in advance.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

deposits used for sourcing work, reservations, or confirmed purchases may be non-refundable,

full or partial payment may be required before an item is reserved, purchased, or shipped,

payment must be made within the timeframe communicated to the client.
If payment is not received within the required period, La Bagé reserves the right to cancel the request, release the item, or suspend further service.
6. Product Information and Presentation
La Bagé aims to provide clients with clear information, detailed photos, and relevant item details before a decision is made. However, because many items are sourced through third-party partners, minor differences in lighting, color appearance, hardware tone, texture, packaging, or presentation may occur.
Where applicable, item condition will be described based on the information available from the sourcing partner. Clients are encouraged to review all provided details carefully before confirming a purchase.
7. Authenticity
Authenticity is an important part of the La Bagé service. Requests are sourced only through carefully selected partners and trusted sourcing channels chosen for their reliability and professionalism.
La Bagé does not knowingly sell, promote, or source counterfeit goods, replicas, inspired items, or unauthenticated products presented as authentic designer goods.
However, La Bagé operates as a sourcing service and relies in part on information, documentation, and representations provided by selected partners and suppliers. For this reason, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, La Bagé does not provide an independent legal guarantee, certificate, or warranty of authenticity beyond the review standards applied as part of the service.
8. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only when:

the client has approved the selected option,

pricing and applicable terms have been accepted,

and the required payment or deposit has been received.
Until confirmation is complete, La Bagé cannot guarantee that the item will remain available.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the sourcing partner, destination country, customs procedures, courier operations, insurance processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside La Bagé’s control.
Where available, tracked and insured delivery may be arranged. Delivery details will be shared once confirmed.
La Bagé is not responsible for delays caused by:

customs clearance,

courier service interruptions,

international shipping restrictions,

incorrect delivery information provided by the client,

force majeure events,

or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
10. International Orders, Duties, and Taxes
For international deliveries, the client is responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges, local taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Clients are responsible for understanding any local import requirements that may apply in their country.
11. Cancellations
A client may cancel a request before a bag has been reserved or purchased. Once a bag has been reserved, purchased, or prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If cancellation is accepted after work has begun or an item has been reserved, any deposit, sourcing fee, partner fee, or non-recoverable cost may be retained or deducted.
La Bagé reserves the right to cancel or refuse a request at any time where necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, unavailable items, payment issues, suspected misuse of the service, or concerns regarding the sourcing process.
12. Returns and Refunds
Because La Bagé provides a personal sourcing service and many items are sourced individually upon client request, all sales may be considered final unless stated otherwise in writing.
Returns or refunds may be limited or unavailable once:

a bag has been reserved,

purchased from a sourcing partner,

or shipped to the client.
If a return is exceptionally accepted, it may be subject to:

return deadlines,

13. Client Responsibility
By using the service, the client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including delivery details, contact information, and request preferences.
The client is responsible for reviewing all provided information, images, pricing, and terms before confirming an order.
La Bagé is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect details, unresponsiveness, refusal to review provided information, or changes in client preference after confirmation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Bagé shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the website or services, including but not limited to delays, lost opportunities, delivery interruptions, customs actions, market price changes, or third-party partner issues.
La Bagé’s total liability in relation to any specific order or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client to La Bagé for that specific transaction, unless otherwise required by law.
15. Right to Refuse Service
La Bagé reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service where appropriate, including but not limited to cases involving:
